Hi UK Support,

We have recently upgraded to 7.2 in a multi-site environment. We have noticed that the application appears slower than on the previous 6.3 version. Can you tell us why this may be please? Nothing has changed in the environment in which it runs in terms of OS, memory etc.

Does 7.2 have a higher minimum specification than 6.3? If so, in what respect? Does it require a larger bandwidth or more memory perhaps?
