Client with windows 10

Hi, we have a client (computer) that run Hansa and the user updated the computer to windows 10. He said that since the update he experience difficulty to connect to Hansa. How can we sove this.

Dear Tatiana,

please let us know which product and version this user is using. Older versions of Standard ERP and Standard Accounts are not compatible with WIN 10, the user would need to update the client to a current version.
Please let us know product and version so we can check compatibility for you.
