unfortunately for Standard Accounts there is no support line over the phone or chat possibility.
However, you can still get help on this Forum.

SIE-files cannot be exported from Standard Accounts. Database textbackups you can download anyway on mystandard pages.
Also you can print the wished information into textfiles, Excel-files, pdf-files or to paper.
