We have an old order with type Drop Ship and I would like to close it. But every time I tick 'Closed' checkbox and try to save, it will give a message: Can not change when order type is Drop Ship and Purchase Order exists.
How can I close the sales order?
Presumably you are closing it because it is no longer required, or it has been part shipped and will never be fully shipped? In which case, have you tried closing the purchase order first and then closing the sales order?
