Backup Incomplete: Very long string in GetField 1464664

Hi,

On trying to create a backup, either timed or database backup i get an error ,


2018-09-14 20:00:13 /THREAD(14) Exporting old records
2018-09-14 20:00:14 /THREAD(14) Very long string in GetField 1464664, which then freezes the system unless a service restart is done the system will be unusable... and the backup doesnt complete.

Is there a way to resolve the same.\

Good day Maureen,

Are you completing the backup using the MyStandard page?


Please can you add the parameter, verbosity=debug-detailed, so that more details will be displayed in the hansa.log file, on which vc is causing problems.
