Hi All,

I have a little urgent question here as we need to upgrade Hansa to 8.0 till the end of this year.

We try to make an upgrade from 8.0 to 8.2.

Problem is when trying to intall it says that there is already one instance of it in the system. We tried to remove service manually and install - it works, and installs it (woohoo!), but then app won't run -.-

So here is the question: what is the proper way of conduct when updating Hansa from 8.0 to 8.2 - is there any manual for that?
