Creating new Form - not showing data on print

Hi,

I have an issue. I’ve read all I could on Hansamanuels and all the instructions render the same result. I created just a simple form for Recipes(Production Recipes) with the Recipe Code as the only field. I assigned it under Production Recipe document definition so when I print to a Production recipe it calls the form.

Nothing ever shows in the Recipe Code field. I’ve tried adding other fields on the Recipe screen but none populate. What am I missing?

Please make sure that your form is created using the following steps:

1. Create new form
2. From Operations choose Properties
3. Choose a Code and make sure your choose the correct Document Type.
4. Then add your fields to the form. (important to have chosen the correct Document Type first)
5. Make sure you define the form to the correct document.

Their is not a Document Type for Recipe or Production Recipe.

When I look at the properties for the Form I see
Code: RECIPE
Comment: RECIPE
Document Type: 0 (Ctrl+Enter does not show Recipe or Production Recipe in the list)
PDF Code Page: Default
Matrix Rows On
28 for all fields

Printer dialog is checked.

I have Recipe Code included in the Form but nothing ever populated.

This Form is linked to the Documents in Module->Production->Production recipe

Going to Recipe in Module->Production and printing shows the Form but with no values in the dynamic fields. The static text appears.
