Sending Customer Statements via automatic email from Hansaworld

I am having trouble sending out my Statements to Customers as the emails are not being sent. How can I fix this?

Could you please give us more details regarding the problem?

Are you receiving any particular error message when trying to send emails? Or are perhaps the emails simply staying in the email queue?

In the latter case, please note that a number of email servers around Europe have recently been targeted by Distributed Denial of Service attacks (DDoS) which slowed them down and might have been preventing you from sending emails. This situation should however have been resolved by now.
