We are using Enterprise version 6.3 2012-03-13.
We see there is an option to use HTML mail format in Module > Email & Conferences > Settings > Mail and Conference Settings.
Ticking this option doesn't appear to do much to the mail format - what else do we need to do to change the emails we send from Hansa to be in HTML format rather than just straight text?
