Error when starting Standard ERP on terminalserver

Hello,
We have a customer which is going to use Standard ERP on a terminalserver. We have created a folder under C:\HansaWorld for each user. All users have full access to this folder.
Next we copied all files and folders from an good working client to each of the users folder (C:\HansaWorld\)
For some users this works perfectly fine, but for other users, nothing happens when they try to start the program.
We get this error in the eventlog:
Faulting application name: StandardERP.exe, version: 8.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5b87010a
Faulting module name: StandardERP.exe, version: 8.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5b87010a
Exception code: 0xc0000005

Fault offset: 0x002e5329
Faulting process id: 0x1320
Faulting application start time: 0x01d465e0cee04e3d
Faulting application path: C:\HansaWorld\Tina\StandardERP.exe
Faulting module path: C:\HansaWorld\Tina\StandardERP.exe
Report Id: a16e99e0-ae88-4d9b-9d5a-9eef2e45cbae
Faulting package full name:

Faulting package-relative application ID:

If we browse to another users folder (a user that is working), it also works for this user.
We then copied all files from this working user to the not-working user, but still we get the error in the eventlog.
I can't see any logic in this behavior, and need some help on this issue.
