Hi,

We have just reviewed your contract details and fixed several things. Could you try requesting enabler now?

If that fails, we could get you a Web enabler at the moment for you to get out of the restricted mode for now.
To do that, you would need to do the following:
1. In module System>>Settings>>Configuration>>Key Valid Until - specify 31/08/2018 and save the setting;
2. Open the same setting again and copy the value in field Control String;
3. Send this value together with your contract number to uksupport@hansaworld.com (you might want to add the link to this forum post as well).
