There is no integration at the moment with MySQL and Enterprise.
The ODBC is working only with MSSQL and Oracle, but as you mentioned, both of them will need Windows.

Also, there is no possibility to connect Hansa database with a database running on another machine.

If I understand your issue correctly, then you would like to do a data exchange between Hansa HDB and FileMaker.
We do support XML files and a technology called Web Requests (or web calls).
Maybe you can exchange the data that way.
