When generating our Financial Statements directly out of HansaWorld, is there a way we can change the presentation of the Financials to the format that suites our requirement?

Yes, you can customize these as follows:

- The layout for the Financials, using our Report Definition; Nominal Ledger>>Settings>>Report Settings, then select the report you wish to change, e.g. balance Sheet.

- The way the Balances are presented; Nominal Ledger>>Settings>>Presentation of Balances.

You can also use Key Financial Ratios to generate add-hock reports in most financial layouts, e.g. a report with a column for each month of the Financial year and a Total.
