Invoice write off

Writing off invoices in FOP was simple. It seems the function is completely absent from Std Acc. Why?
Is there a viable work around or must the database now live with the unpaid invoices of the dead and buried for ever?

Can you try right-clicking on the row number, as some menu items have moved to here.
