I cannot see any recent enabler requests from our end for Fairtrade. This error message is usually when you cannot reach our server to be able to request or receive the enabler.
A few possible suggestions would be:
- Check that all of the correct ports are open and that your firewall is allowing incoming and outgoing connections.

HTTPS://validate.hansaworld.com:443
HTTP://validate.hansaworld.com:1401
HTTP://downloads.hansaworld.com:80
- Try to restart your server.
- Try to ping
www.hansaworld.com:80 or www.hansaworld.com
- Someone who is in a different location or on different wifi can log into a client and try request the enabler for you.
