Thank you for your question. Credit Notes are used to correct mistakes in Invoices, or to cancel Invoices that have been raised in error. They are, in effect, negative Invoices that reduce your turnover and debtor figures
You can create a credit note by opening the invoice that you would like corrected/reversed, select the create button on the top right of the invoice window. A drop down menu will appear and you can select the Credit Note option.
