Stocktaking list (Inventory Count List) report is meant to use for manual stock take (inventory count) so you can print it out and manually mark on the paper how many of those items you have. Hence it will print out all of the items.

If you would like to see only those items, that are in this Location, then you will need to tick the checkbox 'Show items in Inventory only'
