HansaWorld would have more chances on catching and fixing this issue if you could specify:
1) your operating system and its version;
2) the exact version of the HansaWorld product you are using;
3) describ what exactly you are doing and how exactly. In perfect case, how to repeat the problem.
4) in very perfect case lines from the log file both from server and client could be useful.
