persistent error message

Each time I open my invoicing package, an error message appears when i open a new invoice or click on a current customer. the message is headed "Alert" and has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and reads NSLocationInRange(run,draws)==false. When i click on the OK box, the message does not disappear. Instead another identical message appears. While the message is present I am unable to carry out any other actions. I keep having to force quit and start again until I get a new invoice to work on

Hi Andrew

It sounds like you are using an older version of the software on Mac OSX El Capitan. Unfortunately El Capitan introduced some features which are not compatible with older versions of HansaWorld software. The earliest version which works is Standard Accounts/ERP 8.0.

In the meantime you can reduce the frequency of this error by using keyboard shortcuts rather than mouse clicks.
