Under one persons profile settings disappear

1.    I can’t copy and paste anything on orders and purchase orders.
2.    When I press the phone icon to get the suppliers contact number it closes the system.
3. On the menu the only option is info. There is no
File, Record, window exct...
4. No other persons have this issue
5. No upgrades have taken place
Can someone please help as this is our operations managers profile

Hello Kristie,

Have you tried copying the Standard ERP client folder from another colleague's computer where you know it works to the one where it does not work, and then seeing if it works correctly?
