From what country do your company operate?

If our customers are unable to receive internet enabler then they have the possibility to request a short term enabler (STE) in MyStandard.

To request a short term enabler, the customer can do this:
1. Go to mystandard.hansaworld.com and log in with Standard ID + password
2. Scroll down to "Contract info" and click on "Enablers"
3. Click on "Request Short Term Enabler"
Here, the customer can specify how many days they wish to use a short term enabler, they should also produce a reason for needing the enabler as well as show proof of payment by sending the latest payment of invoice to HW.
