Hello,
My name is Mihaly Csizmadia from MódiStudió Kft in Budapest, Hungary.
Some weeks ago the computer (MacOS X 10.5) - which the FirstOffice was running on - has been crashed and we had to reinstall it. But I don't know what happened, after the reinstall the software did not run anymore due to the database error. The program offered to make a TXT backup, what was done successfully. After it we opened the program as a new one and imported the TXT file. For the first view everything worked as before (expect some small setting like language, number of invoices, etc). We could create new invoices and save it as a draft, but when we wanted to finish it (check OK and save) we have received in every time some different error message.
We are using two licences of FirstOffice (already 7 years), so we tried to make all settings in crashed software as in the well running one, but w/o success.
Please advise us something usefull, because in this situation we can only make invoices like in trial version!
