Hi Paul,

Thank you for the update on the URL, that has helped to get to the next step. I have a web port specified as 8080 in the Technics>Program Mode section.

With your URL suggestion I get a box in the main IE page saying "Starting Web Client". In the URL line it has "waitforwebclient" with the time increasing. I let that go up to 60secs then closed IE.

Does that give us a clue about the setup?
