You should ensure that the WEB port is specified in the Technics -> Registers -> Program mode -> WEB Port field.
It is also possible that the WEB-port is specified on your server in the parameters.txt file e.g. It will override the system setting.
Anyhow, the first step is to ensure that the WEB-port is specified.

Then you should ensure that on your server you actually have a folder where the web-client is stored. It should be in your HansaWorld root folder under the webclient folder.

Then you could try to connect to it by using your browser and the address noted above. If it is not working, it would be helpful to know, what is actually displayed in your browser (e.g. file not found or website not found / server not reachable).

Checking can you actually reach that IP and port from your computer also makes sense (does the telnet command in command console make any sense to you?).
