If I have already OK'ed an invoice, is it possible to go back and do some changes to it? I forgot to change the prices.

It is not possible to change an Invoice, that has already been OK'ed. The best would be to create a Credit Memo (Credit Note) for that Invoice and then create a new invoice with correct prices.
