Hi ,

My password is reseting very often. After following the procedure "forgot password", I continue with problems, it did not works. It happens with one of the companies: GRANULAR

Are you using Standard Accounts or Standard ERP?
What is your customer number?

From what country do you operate? This is the Swedish speaking part of the forum.

By the way I am trying to install hansa in a MAC , can you please send me the instructions. I have the list to the installer but do not what to answer to the questions when it is a new installation.

Have you checked that you are using the correct username and password that has been set up for the company Granular?
Either you are using an email+password or a username+password.

Are you able to log in to the company Granular with another user?
If yes, and if that user is an admin user, you can then change the password for the user that you are unable to login with, inside ERP:
module-system >> register >> persons >> *find correct person* >> Gearwheel-icon >> Change password
