Hejsan Jag har via kundnamn Proffskopia licensnummer(kanske mitt gamla) 07-03-9800502-01

När jag loggar in på mitt konto med namnet info@proffskopia.se o lösenord så säger den att mitt konto är på flera användare. Min önskan är att få ut en komplett SIE-fil på mitt konto. Kan jag få det mailat relativt omg till info@proffskopia.se. Kan jag en chattsupport?

Jag önskar om möjligt bli uppringd på 0761-468300!

Hi I have over customer names Professionals Copy license number 07-03-9800502-01

When I log into my account with the name info@proffskopia.se o password, it says that my account is on multiple users. My desire is to get a complete SIE file in my account. Can I have it mailed to relatively omg info@proffskopia.se. Can I chat support?

I wish, if possible, to be called on 0761-468300!

Hello,

unfortunately for Standard Accounts there is no support line over the phone or chat possibility.
However, you can still get help on this Forum.

SIE-files cannot be exported from Standard Accounts. Database textbackups you can download anyway on mystandard pages.
Also you can print the wished information into textfiles, Excel-files, pdf-files or to paper.
