The Signature is the Person's log-in ID and is also used to identify the Person elsewhere in Enterprise by HansaWorld (e.g. in the Salesman field in an Invoice).

Unfortunately is it not possible to change these details, as Enterprise by HansaWorld keeps a full history of all the changes being made in the system by a specific user.
