HANSA Server Crashed

Good Afternoon
Can someone please assist with Hansa Server restart as we have upgraded to 8.3 last night but has crashed and we can not restart ourselves as my standard pages still show the 8.1 version

Is this a global technical issue or unique to our business.
Any urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated
