I'm not receiving an email message when a ticket is updated by you? This is why I hadn't responded yet. I get an email if I submit a new one or make a change.

For that reason, sorry for the delay. I have made some progress on this. I have Enterprise 7.2 running now. It was a .net framework issue.

I have another question based on the same subject. Can I increase the size of the applications window and fonts?

By that I mean, the resolution on the Surface is too small. I am able to decrease the screen resolution to make windows fonts and icons larger but when I run Hansa that still comes up in the smaller size.
