Can not start standard accounts

Hello.
It will not start. Gives message "Kunde inte hitta din server. Försök igen senare eller kontakta..."
Earlier, when the software started, I have had big disturbances with sudden closing of software.
Would like to talk with You (swedish/english) about how the software should work.
