I have been on restricted mode since morning and cannot print out my receipts..

hi Josiah

Try to get the enabler key..module system >settings internet enablers ,if that is not resolved you kindly check whether you have made payment to hansa for licence.

Hi Josiah.

We had this when our EULA agreement was yet to be returned.

Late invoices being paid to HANSA will also cause the enabler not being issued which means printing stops and the system shows as restricted.
