Hi,

We use LP2824 for printing out Item Labels, but apparently we have found the printing takes a long time to print. To explain it more in detail every label take a pause of 8-9 seconds before it prints the next one.

I even tried checking whether any high graphics has been used, which was not the case. It is exclusively a text label. I would like to get you the details of what is on the label, which may help deciding why the printing is slow.

The labels starts and ends as follows :

Name of Store - Text with border
Item Description
Item Price - in US Dollars
Barcode - which is the UPC code of the item
Price in local currency - left corner
Item Number - right corner

Kindly help me with why the printing is slow as I have been struggling to resolve this issue since April, 2013.
