Registers are shared using module Techniques>>Setting>>Shared registers.

Before making a register shared, you must first take a text dump of the register you wish to share. This can be done using either Module Database maintenance or Module Integration.

Once you have a text dump of the file, set it to shared, and then import the text backup into the first company.

You should now see the same data in either of the companies.
