This error message is displayed if, for example, you are testing a newer version of Enterprise than your current live database, and you applied for an Enabler from the new version test database.

This error has to be cleared by the Enabler department, so please send a mail to your local office requesting that this be done.

Please supply your Customer and Contract codes in HansaWorld, which you can find in System>>Settings>>Internet Enablers.

Also please quote the exact version you are running on (of your live database). You can find this information in "About HansaWorld".
