Could you try performing the following steps:
1. Quit your application (if it's running)
2. Launch it again and login
3. Click on Marketplace icon and wait for a few minutes
4. Attach hansa.log file to the forum post:
4.1. If you're using Windows: go to Standard Accounts folder and you will find hansa.log file there (or simply text document named hansa)
4.2. If you're using Mac: go to Containers>>find a folder that starts with "com.hansaworld.">>find a file Standard Accounts.hdf>>Right-click on the file>>Select Show Package Contents>>you will find hansa.log file there.
